2020 is almost over, Bioware is going strong on their rework, and we’re still here waiting for what’s to come! Celebrate the closing of the year with this 3 week event, hosted by r/AnthemTheGame discord with assistance by the Grabbit Kingdom team, and enjoy a whole array of objectives to do in Anthem alongside prizes!
Runs from 12/01/20 – 12/22/20
Strong Alone, Stronger Together
Every activity you take on will give out points, which we will call “Star Points”, that shall add to your personal score that will earn you fancy prizes such as roles! However, in the cooperative spirit under the winter moon, every point you earn will also add to the shared Celestial Score!
Celestial Score
Every Star Point obtained will be added to a collective score that will unlock the best prize for everyone who participates* in the event: 1050 Anthem Shard packs!
Every time a certain tier is unlocked, which you can see below, a new Anthem Shard Pack will be added to a pool which will be randomly given out randomly to those who do at least ONE activity of any kind during this event.
The Event will Start with 0 Anthem Shard packs being given randomly and will increase the amount handed out as the tiers are completed.
Winners of a Shard Pack will not be eligible for a second or more Shard pack, with that shard back being their only Celestial Score prize.
*Participation requires doing at least one Star Task or Moon Challenge to be counted for the reward.
Star Tasks
Take on these tasks that will be changing every two days, giving you enough time to prepare and take on anything that comes your way! Each Star Task gives you 10 score and will help both your PERSONAL SCORE and the discord’s CELESTIAL SCORE. You can only do what is listed once per the two days. After the two days are up new challenges will be around for you to tackle.
Moon Challenges
Moon Challenges are high score earning tasks that can help rake in the Star Points! With challenges ranging from one time, bi weekly, and weekly, there is always something to do to obtain large amounts of Star Points for yourself and the CELESTIAL SCORE! For most challenges teamwork will be needed to obtain the optimal results.
Your hard work will help everyone out! But that doesn’t mean that there isn’t personal rewards for the score you’ve obtained!
Here is the new roles and rewards that will be up for grabs!
Discord Rewards:
Frozen Sentinel - For obtaining 150 Points
Snowfall Argentum - For Obtaining 250 Points
Legionnaire of the Winter Moon - For Obtaining 375 Points
Winter Moon Victorious - For having the highest Score (Will be given out to each person who reaches highest score if there is a tie)
BONUS: Person with the highest score will receive a gift card with enough money to purchase a copy of Mass Effect: Legendary Edition!
If more than one winner then it will be randomly given out to one of the people who tied for top score.
If they won a Anthem Shard Pack before they are still eligible for this reward.
